In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

If the product you buy falls under “Service Category” then we have NO REFUND policy for any services unless Infineural Technologies has specifically entered into a written agreement in special cases.

Refund is only possible if your project is not started.
